Just picked my first Panerai …. An 8 day base … love the brown face!
Am I supposed to be able to turn the crown (like winding) with the crown guard locked down?
Seems it would be not be water tight ?
Anyone know where to get an original brown rubber strap?
Thanks!!

Short answer: no. The crown guard is a lock. Open to wind.
