Some Comparison Shots of the New Omega Seamaster Bond Ti

Post by RALAustin » Fri May 22, 2020 9:44 am

I took some new shots of the Seamaster next to the Blancpain Barakuda, Rolex Sub No Date and Doxa 50th Anniversary Black Lung.  As I noted in the WRUW thread, this thing is 57 grams so just about the same weight as the Barakuda, but much wider and flater.   It will definitely be a nato watch for me, and I have brown and green natos with PVD hardware on their way!

So good.

Your pics + too many pre-dinner drinks yesterday may have resulted in my first "Bond watch" purchase.

You’ll want to sell a small Tudor to offset this. I can help.

I wasn't a fan of that watch on the bracelet, but on that tan nato it looks incredible! Congrats Rob!

I agree. I wish more companies would do their Ceramic in matte (cough Rolex cough) like the Pelagos and this one.

Yes, it is strange and kinda cool to go from the muted coloring to the bright blue lume coming out of the sun.

Great looking piece, and nice on that strap. Picked my SMP chrono up after a service last Sunday and tried this on with the titanuim mesh. Really beautiful looking and super quality on the mesh. Felt really light on the wrist. Would take some getting used too for me.....

I had the original blue 2531.80. The newer models really make me want one. I’m one of those that actually did prefer the skeleton hands and I’m glad they fixed the length of them. They were way too short on the original 41mm.
