I was "pretty close" to getting one when I used my Toruneau credit.

Ended up getting a Steelfish instead...

having two Omegas already (and no Breitlings) made the decision a bit easier.

So far, no regrets.

However, from what I've seen on the sales forums, the Steelfish does not hold its value as well as the PO.

I have avoided the PO because I CANNOT decide which size I like better. The 45 fits me just fine, but the 42 might be more appropriate for this style of watch. Without the luxury of living with one for a while it is a decision I just can't make. I love the matte finish dial, though.

Great pictures. I wish Omega would make that dial an option on the PO.

sorry Steve, I've been out of town and without my computer and an internet connection  better late than never, right? ;)

Despite the apparent limited options for the PO, I'm finding it to be quite versatile. I just got the Omega rubber strap for it and have a gasgasbones that looks killer on it too - just haven't had time to take those pics. If I can sneak a few in today, i'll add em here. :salute:

Love the photos Brad. I've got a few NATO straps but have only worn them on my Sub or SD until this week when I put one on my PO. I thought it would be too heavy for the strap but it's not at all and does give it a completely different look. I'm going to keep it on when I next go diving to see what it like when wet with a heavy watch.

Cheers

I thought the same thing till I tried it. Let us know how the dive goes with the PO on NATO. I've got a thicker zulu strap with lo-lite hardware and may give it a try on that.

Indeed you do. ;) It really is quite nice. I've been wondering if the newer clasp (the one for the mesh on the PloProf) would fit this older mesh. Both seem to taper to 20mm (I believe), but even that clasp is pricey. The buckle on the older one is okay, but doesn't seem as secure as the fold-over clasp. Anybody know about this?
