I stopped by Jared's...

Post by Henryj » Tue Jul 13, 2010 12:26 pm

The one here in Charlotte (Pineville) has both Rolex and Omega. Found my new true love. It's the black/white 42mm PO. I can't pull off the 45 with my wrist size, and the Rollies didn't do that much for me. So, time to start saving up those nickels and dimes. Looks like they offer 20% off for the ability to walk in the door there.
If you put a large switch in some cave somewhere, with a sign on it saying 'End-of-the-World Switch. PLEASE DO NOT TOUCH', the paint wouldn't even have time to dry.

Henry, I actually think that will be a good fit for you since the Marcello C 42mm was a little to big. The PO wears a little smaller. Hey check on the sale forums at WUS, I will also keep a eye out if you want. Good luck bro! :salute:

If you reeeeeeeally want a brand new one instead of a great deal on used ones found at the "W".....

The WUS favorite Omega AD will do much, much better than 20%. He says not to talk about his pricing publicly so I wonn't give too much away.

I'll go find his name and number. PM me if you want it........(local Omega dealers are only for trying on Omegas on for fit once you get this hook-up) .

Cheers.

I had forgotten about him  But that's the straight scoop. Real US AD and real pricing. Its worth a try and you may be really surprised.

PO really is nearly a perfect watch. I was very impressed with it when I owned it and have, multiple times, considered going back to it.

I feel the pull of them as well (about 10-15 minutes from my house) but so afraid of what I'll walk out with :banghead: .

That's a great picture Paul. One of the reasons I enjoy the PO so much is it reminds me of the military issue SM 300 which I can't afford.
