I mean, you do get what you pay for. Check out Roar's before/after shots for his Mark IV. That said, I'd only go with Bienne if you had a really special piece you wanted restored to pristine condition - maybe something expensive and vintage and probably a keeper.

Don't think it's necessary for a daily wear PO, unless you really want it looking like new.

Wu is right they do a excellent job but if your Omega already needs that much work to it then you need to treat it better and not like a whore!

Is it still under warranty? And how old is it for you to already considering to get it serviced?

Nope, not under warranty any longer. And no, I don't treat it like a dirty old whore (though I did have to rough it up once against a stucco wall - does that count? ). It's maybe 4 years old, but I'm not 100% sure since I've had it over 2 or 3 years (I can't remember exactly) but the main problem is the time keeping change. It was consistently +4 s/day and is now around -5 s/day.

shits the bucket... Well, see that was my first inclination. But the whole co-axial thing has me wondering if Jay or Jack (or their watchmakers) have ever worked on one and can do it.

I am sure they have considering how many of them have fucked up in the last few years! :stir:

I sent my PO to Omega LA and it was back in 3 weeks; it was less than $470....

I would never send anything to Omega in New Jersey....

I thought Bo used a guy in Georgia for his Omega's...

Poor photos and I'm probably wrong about the brushed edge. Sorry, been at work 11 hours today, no lunch, no break, knackered :crybaby:
