Classic gray market watch situation. Most of these come out of Asia. Not a problem for me (my PO was first "sold" in Malaysia, but arrived as new from a reputable jewelry company in New York).
Hate it when you get a shenanigans story from a seller to cover this up (completely unnecessary).
