Omega Pricing

Post by DEMO » Wed Aug 17, 2011 8:56 am

Heads up:

I've been talking with a couple of Omega ADs lately regarding the new upcoming PO chono due out in the end of September/early October. They tell me that Omega pricing is increasing in about 2 weeks. 8-10% increase. They are not sure yet if the increase will be just certain models or if it will be across the whole product line. Ignore this if you guys have already discussed it, I don't get over to the Omega forum much.

Also, I believe that even if you've pre-ordered at a certain price, I believe you have to pay the MSRP at time of delivery. I've heard this multiple times over multiple brands, including Omega (I believe).

Kinda common sense, but it sucks.

I sure have noticed a jump on POs pricing in the sales forums. I'm enjoying mine, but as always I'm wanting a pilot chorno AGAIN.

back and forth I tell ya BACK AND FORTH.

I remember when I got my MINT PO on bracelet with full box and papers for $1600 with no haggling about 2 years ago... sheesh!

Other models are going to follow like the Seamasters, and Speedies...Some of the existing models are
going to be discontinued...Pre-owned Black and White 42MM PO's don't last long on the sales forums...

I'm enjoying my 45.5 I like it better on rubber, and it's pushing to big on bracelet. I pretty much spend all my money on ammo, so this is my daily, dress up, beater, and desk and water diver.
