Sinn U212
Re: Sinn U212
No I think I am going to show some restraint. I am sure I will regret it but I have been fixated on some other things I want first.

Like. Too big for me though, given the way I'd wear it.

not me, but another DWCer is in..... is that like 4 from here?
Steven may actually have a case of convincing Sinn he can sell as many units as WB.
Then maybe we can all have access to the SinnSCM64 special that will be released..

I wonder if the crystal is domed a la the U2, or flat like the U1s. Domed FTW, of course. I'm trying to figure out how to get Sinn in Deutschland to put a domed crystal with inner AR only on mein U1 when I send it in for service.

The 212 looks intriguing but not enough for me to part with the piasters...not yet. The EZM10 is looking better every time I look at it, but still not enough. Maybe I am finally ready to hold out for a 6066.
I don't know...just not feeling a need for a new watch. Now I know I am sick.

I am glad I held off on this one. I have been wearing the U1000S every day this week and I figure that if I am going to have a $3k Sinn on my wrist I would rather it be the U1000 than the U212.

I'm just fine with another 47mm...
and James @ WotanCraft brought back his SXM-023 Compass assault type A nylon straps, so I've got one in 24MM coming for my 212.
