Car Spotting
Re: Car Spotting
Was out walking the dog in the rain and spotted this. Have not seen one of these in probably a decade.
MR Fusion was not visible so not sure how many gigawatts.

Yep that is the one. We have one in our area that is used for SCCA racing.HapaHapa wrote: ↑Fri Mar 29, 2024 6:15 pmBMW Z8 breadvan?toxicavenger wrote: ↑Fri Mar 29, 2024 5:34 pmDamn this reminds me of the BMW Herman Monster car, but longer.DocHollidayDDS wrote: ↑Wed Mar 06, 2024 8:34 amSpotted in parking lot at work…

Re: Car Spotting
T, you're correct it's reminiscent of the Z8 but now after searching I realized I was thinking of the Z3 hatchback.

If I’m not mistaken, this body style is referred to as a “shooting brake”.

Yep. I always wanted one. But you know you gotta have some serious bank to do that.

Saw this and thought it was a mega enhanced normal Bronco, then I saw Raptor on the side and thought it was the most badass Raptor I’ve ever seen, then I looked it up and I see there is actually a Bronco Raptor Edition.
I know very little about cars.

Re: Car Spotting
Good looking, but $100k+ MSRP. Not sure I’d like to experience the ford dealership experience after spending that kind of money.
I can’t believe how expensive cars are now. They’re as bad as watches.

Ridiculous. 100K for a…Ford? No thanks.

When I have heard the plant manager talk about his old truck, I was envisioning a 70's beater.

I saw this behind the shop when picking up my car yesterday. 750cc of raw speed!

Went to get a haircut today, and spotted this beauty in the parking lot…
First Emira I’ve seen in the wild. Very sexy.

Lovely, but I’m not sure I’d choose such an understated color for a Lotus. Make mine yellow.DocHollidayDDS wrote:Went to get a haircut today, and spotted this beauty in the parking lot…

Re: Car Spotting
I was also surprised at such a sedate color choice. I'd probably have to go with British Racing Green.

Re: Car Spotting
Now that's a Bronco. I had a day one reservation for a base Bronco with Sasquatch package, because the base model was the closest to the original. I ended up cancelling because of the supply chain delays and bought something else, but whenever I see one on the street now I regret cancelling.

Re: Car Spotting
I've been tempted to trade in my Ranger for the new Raptor version Ranger, but they're very pricey and realistically I don't need all the off road features. They're awfully cool though.

I parked next to this at work today. Not exactly sure what it is. It has a motorcycle tag, so I assume it has some sort of motorcycle drivetrain. Check out the shifter location.

It appears to be this car:

You can see Srour's name in front of the right rear wheel.
