How weird! Where did you buy it? If it’s legit, it’s a cool mistake: One of a kind!

Best bet is to email Zodiac customer service with photos.
Re: Zodiac super seawolf 50th anniversary
I actually found it... I already sent Zodiac the photos but they couldn't tell me anything... I know nothing about watches but it seems to be real.... I'M trying to sell it, it's in excellent condition... 9.5 /10

Humm, send me your name, mother’s maiden name, social security number, home address, and date of birth, along with your asking price and I’ll send you the money.

I’ve purchased a few Zodiacs. They are limited to 182 and purposely not numbered.

The press photos for this model do show it numbered.aikiman44 wrote:I’ve purchased a few Zodiacs. They are limited to 182 and purposely not numbered.
Re: Zodiac super seawolf 50th anniversary
Possibly they changed before selling them.

Re: Zodiac super seawolf 50th anniversary
Certainly possible, but I’m a good bit skeptical of someone who joins specifically to ask this - rather than ask Zodiac directly - then mentions he’s trying to sell it. Smells fishy.aikiman44 wrote:Possibly they changed before selling them.

I saw the watch I didn’t even like it, and I like Zodiacs. What does he mean by he found it?

It means he doesn’t have the watch at all, he’s a scammer/spammer. They’re everywhere.KatGirl wrote:I saw the watch I didn’t even like it, and I like Zodiacs. What does he mean by he found it?

Yep. The real version has engraved text on the caseback, not black text.

Ya know, every time I see a private seller pic with the case back off, I shudder a little bit. More when it’s a “new” watch.
If you put a large switch in some cave somewhere, with a sign on it saying 'End-of-the-World Switch. PLEASE DO NOT TOUCH', the paint wouldn't even have time to dry.

I looked this up tonight and I saw many versions where it’s black, even on this one on a hodinkee review. Brand Website photos are a lot of times renderings or prototypes.BacoNoir wrote:Yep. The real version has engraved text on the caseback, not black text.

But it also shows a sequential serial number.tattoo chef wrote:I looked this up tonight and I saw many versions where it’s black, even on this one on a hodinkee review. Yeah, I found the same and posted it in the other thread that got deleted. Not sure why Zodiac would do it two different ways on a limited edition of less than 200 pieces.tattoo chef wrote:I looked this up tonight and I saw many versions where it’s black, even on this one on a hodinkee review.
