The Dive Watch Connection

Hey guys, hope everyone is good. I know there’s probably a ton of info on this, but I’m going through divorce now and am just being lazy. So hopefully you all can point me in the right direction.

I was taking some stuff out on the punching bag last night and still had my Ezm10 on. The band popped off and the watch went flying and hit the concrete. Watch doesn’t even have a mark, but I watched all the hands start spinning. Now every time I try to wind it the hands just spin.. so I’m guessing the main spring must’ve snapped or something. Anyways, do I go to Germany? Watchbuys? If Germany who and how do I contact. And what am I looking at for cost? Thanks all. I appreciate everyone.

Yeah, Sinn or Watchbuys may direct you to RGM, but I would only deal direct with Sinn Germany as Mike said. They will make it right and much quicker than RGM.

Look at this as an opportunity to get a new AR capsule and tune up.

Was not happy with RGM when they worked on my vintage Sinn 103. Send it to Germany.

Definitely want to send it to Sinn. Don't be put off by their warning about wait times. In my recent experience, they were faster than they said ithey would be. I only had one experience with RGM and it was, lets just say less than stellar.
