Yep I'm a fan. Just ignore me being a wanker showing off in my wife's car...

I'd love it if they re-issued this one

So long as they closely reproduced proportionately to the original. The recent re-issue of their diver with the massive seconds hand I have zero interest in.

100% would need to be a 1:1 as close as possible.

They make great watches. I usually have two in the collection.

The brand is dead to me. I purchased a brand new, yellow dial titanium avenger seawolf from a dealer. I kept it on a winder and only ever unscrewed the crown to change the time for daylight savings. I was very careful when unscrewing the crown as I always am with any dive watch. Crown tube stripped out of warranty due to the soft titanium. Sent to Breitling where they indicated I would have to replace the entire case for a few thousand bucks as the crown tube was integrated.

Yeah, I’m not a fan of the newly revised SuperOcean at all. I’m glad I got the previous version - it seems timeless to me.

That looks great on the rubber strap Chris.

Ouch! I can see why you are put off on them. That’s a major design flaw. Two of my three are Ti case and I’ve never had that issue, but I will be more careful in the future now.

I’m definitely a Breitling fan Roger, but unfortunately I don’t yet
have one to enjoy in person. But I still have always liked their
watches, and appreciated what they have done for all of us watch
fans since their beginning. And I loved this article too, and didn’t
realize a lot of the things the company has been through. So thanks
so very very much for the post !!! :salute:

Thanks Buddy! I prefer the rubber in the summer. The only thing I don’t like about the night mission is the lack of the bracelet option.

My grey dial titanium Seawolf is one of the few watches I really regret selling and would love to own again. I’d take a black or yellow if I couldn’t find a grey one.

I've been wearing this every day for the past month. Really glad I grabbed one of these a few years ago. J
