My baller SIL got me a hefty Etsy gift card for my birthday and instead of searching for my usual Etsy vices (cast iron, cool succulents), i decided to type in a few old Seiko references...
Most of the watches look legit with the occasional replaced chrono bezel or dive watch insert, and the prices seem fair.
Anyone ever purchased a vintage watch from the site?
Noticed a lot of the sellers are from a foreign eastern European country but their feedback is 5 star. Red flag? Or do these parts of the world have high concentrations of watches still?

Bought a watch crystal off it once and received what I paid for so one safe transaction. If that helps. Also thought about buying a vintage watch off it just have not got around to it since I been slowing down and letting a few things go.

A lot of the same sellers on eBay also use Etsy. Bought a few there over the years.

best I can offer is I have bought straps from Etsy for me and my wife....yeah she likes to mix it up on her apple watch
