Watch in Customs

Post by jimyritz » Wed Sep 28, 2022 4:46 am

Morning guys,

I have watch arriving via DHL, yesterday it said delivered
9/27 end of day. Now it says NYC clearance event- I’m
guessing clearing customs. Anything I can do? Or does it
need to run its course through Customs?

Thanks
Mike

Let it run its course. You sure it said delivered or delivery by end of day 9/27?
Seems it delayed a little. You should probably have it in a day or two.

Pretty standard. It can take a bit to clear NYC customs.

It will just show up one day. You might not get any more updates before then.

Thanks- DHL said it’s missing a form which should come
in the box…I sent a note back to the company for the form.

Against my better judgement, I ordered a Serica 5303.. Been watching the company for a bit.. not everyones taste but thought it was kind of cool..now aggravated..😞

Agree with Paul, that actually looks like a pretty cool watch. Looking forward to pics/impressions.

That's a nice looking watch. I don't like the bracelet, but I imagine it would be easy to find a generic Oyster that would fit.

When I was looking to buy no problem getting responses from the owner— at night, weekends… now nothing from him to resolve this issue..go figure😡

DHL is asking for watch/detail form. Does anyone know where
to get this form? I’ve never had to fill out a form before.

Thanks..

They need to provide you the form to fill out-I had to do this once with FedEx (I’ve done it many times when shipping but had to do it once on an incoming package). They can email it to you, but it should be done be the brand, they can just send it to DHL via email.
Hopefully the brand will rectify this for you.

Thanks for the note- at first the brand told me to take care of it but as of now the form (from them) has been set- Appreciate your help.
