Q1 vs Q2 SOTC

Post by rockmastermike » Fri Jul 01, 2022 9:12 am

Q1 SOTC looked like this

NOTE: the '68 Speedmaster was at service when this was taken, so I will add a picture to give it proper representation

On to today and the beginning of Q2 SOTC

NOTE: the SRPH81 W&W LE is "technically" my youngest's but he only wears his Bulova A-15 that he got from Uncle Chris, so I adopted it.

Soooooo,
Gone:
Speedmaster
PloProf
300T Searambler

In:
Big Pilot
WatchCo SM300
300T Pro
6105-8000

What's next:
I'm on the list for the new Green Seamaster, I "need" a chrono, possibly the Oris Carl Brashear ???
Then maybe step off the hamster wheel for a bit (although the new Ravens and Halios have my attention)

It's a fluid situation, as they say.

Ugh. I need a ploprof in my life. You can't really go wrong with either of these quarter sotc's.

You've always got a great collection. I love your editions of the SM300 and 6105-8000, and you always seem to manage to find the most pristine examples of vintage pieces.

Thank you - the ploprof was/is one of all-time favorites and I'm happy I took the plunge and thoroughly enjoyed that watch.
