watch storage

Post by Wario406 » Sun May 15, 2022 4:10 pm

Hey all - I need a little advice. I've outgrown my cheapo Amazon watch box (8 slots plus drawer) and need something for +12 watches and am considering not making it so easy for thieves if they happen to drop by. Im thinking of a Pelican 1470 and cutting the slots out and buying some Amazon foam pillow/inserts.

I like it because it's almost bomb proof, easy to stash, and easy to transport if I wanted to take the whole group somewhere.

What are your thoughts? Alternatives?

Thanks as aways. - Mike

I just got this from Amazon and it is a good option and cheaper than the pelican (I have the pelican also)

It was 119 or something like that.

I bought a cheap watch from a crazy man

These are pricey but the inserts look really nice

You can make your own at mycasebuilder.com

I did that and use pipe insulation for the inserts.

I like the pelican idea.

I use the 1495. It’s perfect for 18-21 watches. The pick in pluck foam is easy to work with too.
