Does anyone in the USA have a Seiko dealer hook up?

I've got a local dealer in town that gives me 30% to 40% off Seiko's, including the SLA021 MM300's. It's a nice guy to have around but now I'm conditioned to getting new Seiko's for a good deal.

I really want one of the USA exclusive Turtles with the blue dial, model SRPH59.

Does anyone know of any USA based Seiko dealers that might be open to giving a deal to a Canadian and then tossing it in the mail via USPS to Canada?
