Did you guys by chance see Hamilton’s new Jazzmaster
Open Heart 40MM already?
There actually look to be three watches with open heart
dials in midnight blue, silver white, and deep green. In
addition, you have 40mm stainless steel cases, 50m WR,
H-10 Automatic, and blue, or brown patina leather straps,
plus stainless steel bracelets too.
Here is a look...

Hamilton’s Jazzmaster Open Heart 40mm
Open heart designs remind me of when I first got into this crazy hobby. One of the first watches I bought was a yellow dial open heart Orient. While I’ve long moved past digging this design, it’s good to see Hamilton making something for folks into it. Thanks for sharing, AT.

Small movement in big case isn't a great basis for this design.
Re: Hamilton’s Jazzmaster Open Heart 40mm
There’s only been a few open dial designs I can get behind, like that zenith/Jlc Wu owns, or the Apollo 8 … The rest just remind me of the asshole car salesman my sister has been with for the last ten years.
Re: Hamilton’s Jazzmaster Open Heart 40mm
Usually open heart designs have a circular cutout to reveal the balance wheel. What's the meaning of this oddly-shaped cutout?

Have to thank YOU guys just for looking, as well as being so honest
all of the time ! Not to mention funnyJacob, and Eric !!
It is true, open hearts do seem to appeal to people when they first
get into the hobby, you're so right Tray. I know I always thought they
were amazing. And actually these new Jazzmasters kind of take that
idea, and run with it. I guess they always have with the uniquely cool
cutouts Myles mentions. By the way sir, I really don't know why they
do that with the cutouts. I'm guessing just to stand apart from the
rest of the open heart watches out there.
Between the eye-catching view to the movement meshing with an
all around classic dress watch, these still seem really neat to me.
Thank you again for sharing your thoughts everyone !!!
