Happy Thanksgiving DWC!
Here's to a day to sit back and enjoy the holiday with family and friends.
Re: Happy Thanksgiving DWC!
Yes sir...Hope everybody has a good one. We get to enjoy some football tonight, an in state rivalry. We've been married so long, I think our friends make more out of it than we do, the fact that we have a divided household. We both graduated from the two different schools. The texts have already started.

I wanted to wish you all a happy Turkey day and Oso wanted to share his list of things he’s thankful for:
c) bacon
3. Traveling the country in the RV
b) catching in his dreams
5.a) long walks in the woods
D) successful jaw surgery so he can chew treats and play with toys
2) sleeping in with his peeps
6. Belly rubs and butt scratches
a) bacon - it’s worth repeating

Re: Happy Thanksgiving DWC!
My cousin, who was supposed to host a small gathering, had to cancel late last night due to her entire fam having stomach viruses.
So I had to get a turkey meal in a box at the grocery store this morning. There’s no way we could throw a proper meal together with a two year old and no fresh turkeys available anywhere near me.
At least it’s something.
Happy thanksgiving to all.

Sorry Todd. We weren't far behind you with the turkey, if you read my "Turkey" thread. Absolutely the most pitiful turkey deal I've seen in my life. We got the last one and guess we were lucky to get it.

Yep. My son woke up puking last night so I’m home with him while the rest went.Chocodove wrote:My cousin, who was supposed to host a small gathering, had to cancel late last night due to her entire fam having stomach viruses.

I was at the grocery last night and there was literally more turkeys than I could count. I was actually telling myself they will all be on sale in a few days.
Crazy how a few states away can be so different.

Yes, serious knife envy. You wouldn’t want to see what I had to carve the with at my 91 yo mother’s house tonight. I sharpened it for 10 minutes and it was just okay. I considered using my Benchmade!BlueSky wrote:Roger... I know we have seen Oso before, beautiful pup.
