love it Roger, congrats!
(almost caved on one of these a few weeks back)
Thanks. I'd been thinking about a U1 for a long time and this one had always stuck in the back of my mind too. Both are big and heavier than I normally wear, but both also have the rubber strap option to hold it in place well on the wrist and do well with summer sweat. I ran across a BNIB one for $2400 last week (MSRP $5100 with the deployant) and just couldn't pass it up. The yellow and black makes for a nice and fun summer combo. I registered it with Breitling yesterday and it was sold 6/16/21 so I get pretty much the full 2 yr warranty too.
Very nice. The Breitling deployant also has micro adjustments, correct?
Yes and very easy to use - just push and move

Very nice. I assume that’s the 42mm with 20mm strap?

44/22. The 42 does not have the micro-adjustment deployant option that I am aware of.

Looks like I was wrong. The 42 does have the micro-adjustment too according to this video at about the 5:45 minute mark.
