I never heard of these guys prior to the "scandal", but certainly wouldn't buy from them now after they pretended to screw over all their customers for a week for publicity.

Everyone appears to be buying the "publicity stunt gone wrong" angle because it's what was ginned up on social media and because TPG says that's what it was. I'm not convinced that there isn't something more nefarious going on. I guess time will tell.
