I’ve been a fan of the more recent Breitling releases. They have some really beautiful chronos.

For a serial flipper like me I can’t stomach paying for one new however I agree - IMO the best looking chronos in their price range at the moment.

What a wonderful looking watch. Without a brand name, you'd be more likely to think it's a PP than a B'ling.

I've never been a huge fan of the bauhaus watch style, but if I were I'd really be liking this one. I love the date marker - very innovative. I'd prefer a leather strap to the nylon.

Overall, I think what I’m seeing so far is better than average. Some good looking watches from many brands, and some mind-blowing ones (JLC Reverso Hybris Mechanica)...

Image

But the most pathetic part is that 99% of the attention will go to Patek for releasing two new colors of watches they already produce... the 5990/1R and the 5711 in olive green...

Good looking watch that I’d rock, but nothing innovative...

That reverso is mind blowing indeed.

Quote:
Unveiling the new Reverso Hybris Mechanica Calibre 185, the most complex Reverso ever made: one watch, four faces. A total of eleven complications and twelve patents. Born to withstand the rigours of polo matches, the Reverso has inspired our talented watchmakers to capitalize on its swivelling case and reveal first a second side of time indication, then a third, and finally the fourth. A grand oeuvre six years in the making – The world’s first wristwatch with four faces of timekeeping indications.

I’m really feeling the italicized internet explorer logo Panerai added to their recycled line.

My favorites are the Breitling Datora and new smaller iwc pilots. I do wish they kept the date on the 43mm big pilot though.

Oh, and jubilee on sky dweller!!

The JLC is pretty remarkable. Here's Hodinkee's take on all of the functions. So if you have $1.5MM lying around and can't figure out what to do with it...

Agree, the Datora is a beautiful watch and the bi compax models look really nice too.

The Reverso is out of this world.

So which is it, 1,350,000 dollars or Euros? Because, you know, that could make all the difference.
