Same. And the other one for me, which was the weight. Not limited either, which makes me wonder if they'll be around the $9/10k mark in a year or so... Wishful thinking?

I didn't feel the need for titanium until I picked up Nick's PAM 176 a few weeks ago. It's not just the lighter weight that makes it great, it's the dark brushed surface.

I was at Panerai the other day trying on some of the newer models, like the 682, and I just couldn't get past how much better I liked the titanium color of the 176.

I've owned the polished fifty fathoms twice and I wouldn't try it again, but brushed titanium really changes things.

+1 This one has my attention. Now if they could just find their way to get rid of the 'Blancpain' engraving on the side of the case it would be perfect.

Looks good though I maybe would have liked to have seen a different set of markers/hands to set it apart from the SS version. It's good that it's not a LE though.

I would definitely get this over the SS version if I was shopping for a FF now.

BP and to a lesser extent...JLC are the only two brands I care to follow now.

Love it but with 4 fifty fathoms right now it would be more redundant than what I already have in terms of redundant fifty fathoms! And the Ti is great. The case is about 25 to 30 grams less than the steel.

They did it for the 5050 Big Date version, definitely prefer this less-busy dial layout.
