The Hornet is a GMT with a 42mm stainless steel case, inner rotating bezel, small seconds sub-dial,
double domed sapphire crystal, 100m WR, BGW9 Super-Luminova covered hands, and markers, and
Miyota's 1L45 quartz movement. The Hornet comes with a cool looking leather strap it looks like too

Re: New Helgray Hornet
They've managed to copy Sinn, Hanhart, and Tutima in one watch. Impressive.

But didn't have the decency to put an automatic movement in it.CGSshorty wrote:They've managed to copy Sinn, Hanhart, and Tutima in one watch. Impressive.
Re: New Helgray Hornet
Nice looking overall, if priced better (lower) it could easily compete with other similar watches from Citizen and other cool brands like Scurfa...

Yes they may sub that ugly red crown with an uglier green one.

Re: New Helgray Hornet
Calling it a GMT is a bit of a stretch. A 12 hour bezel does not a GMT make. I can put a 12 hour bezel insert into my SKX007 or 6309 and have the same function, plus day and date.
If you put a large switch in some cave somewhere, with a sign on it saying 'End-of-the-World Switch. PLEASE DO NOT TOUCH', the paint wouldn't even have time to dry.
