For the Squale Fans, and Those Who Will Be

Post by aikiman44 » Fri Apr 04, 2014 7:17 am

So I'd ordered Stewart's blue Squale, modded with a black bezel. Then they announced a new vintage version with NOS 60's dials.
Here are some cool Squale links:

Return of the Squale Master:

Page and Cooper, a very cool company (with a Bradley Price/Autodromo cameo):

http://wornandwound.com/2014/03/04/stit ... y-everest/

Dig the 60's NOS bezel, make sure to watch the two videos:

http://www.pageandcooper.com/watches-3/ ... ?glass=380

I had to order a silver dial version. If you contact Page and Cooper, email Jonathan. Great guy to deal with.
And I do love vintage Squales, but they're costly, too.

The grey one is very cool.
"30ish years of martial arts and I've actually had the honor of training lots of LEO, spec ops and even SEAL team 6 on base, fitness training, not martial arts, but still the coolest thing I've done.

Full on egg head corporate job and I fly quite a bit so I'm really looking forward to adding to my collection of TSA friendly self defense tools. I have amcouple tactical pens, but I want to up the game and get into some custom stuff. Been watch obsessed for a while but this seems more fun.

Thanks for letting me play! "

I like the green, but the grey is stupid hot. Grey for me hands down.

Nice Jay ! :o First time seeing these new ones. ..Some awesome combinations, and looks.
Liking how they did the power reserve on them. Also like the two tone bezel on those new

Damn those are hot - esp the Grey dial/bezel. The green is awesome too but a little too "green" for me.

I've bid on probably a couple dozen vintage Squale divers over the last couple years but could never snag one cheap enough - this will be my solution...

My favorite watch for most of 2010, 2011 & 2012 was the 50Atmos I bought directly from Squale in Milano.. Sold it just this year since I really had not used it much since the arrival of the Alpina and SMP.. IMO, Squale is one of the best...

Love the new models ;)

The grey dial/bronze case is fantastic.

Pay no attention to the small voice behind the curtain.
It must be garlic poisoning from Dom Pepe.

Right. So you can give the "eh" or not, apparently. That was my question.
