Ah, you grasshopper.
The way the dive extension folds makes it look like it's tucked all the way in there, but in reality only the 4 outer holes are for micro-adjustment. I'm currently on the third of four (if you look at the picture again, you can see the pin). I actually may experiment with the fit a little more, but it's pretty close to where it should be on my wrist.
