Like both.
Each evokes its own feeling.
Good luck Erik!

I'm really beginning to get these new Exp IIs. I'd go black, but I like the white as well. Good luck with the sell-off, Eric.

It's a toss up. I lean slight toward the black but since I most of my watches are black dialed, I picked-up the white dial as well.
Good luck!

These are fantastic. I was not a fan of the Version I but these second series of EXP2 are winners.

In the flesh it's stunning, probably best modern Rolex!

It would be a hard decision which one to take, white or black.

Eric me too. Definitely white. That's why my GMT IIc is for sale. I like the GMT but it doesn't quite excite me. I had the Exp II briefly and traded it away immediately. Now to get another. Perfect size for me, great bracelet, super lume and Rolex rugged reliability. Highly recommend.

I have tried the white on at the AD, and it is very nice
(I have only peeped the black dial through the display window, but I think that is the one I would go for myself)
I think Rolex has done a great job of modernising one of their classic designs.

Love em both-would have a hard time between white/black dials. Go forth and prosper man

I like the contrast of the orange GMT hand against the white dial but now I'm leaning toward the black dial if I had to choose.
Sorry for the crappy iPhone pic. I lent my flash to a friend and will have to try to get pics taken from my DSLR during daylight.

I tried on both and the black one was the clear winner for me. Both look great and I am sure you will be happy with either one.
