Excellent new strap thanks to Rob’s recommendation.

Looks great Nick. I have a few of those, and it's really hard to take them off to use other straps or bracelets as they wear so well.

Thanks Rob! Did you use the included slightly curved spring bars or Sinn’s?

PS I’ve had watches show up with worse packaging than this thing. Seriously, it felt like half the price was in the packaging. Don’t they realize they could mail straps in a sandwich bag and we’d be happy? …Maybe that’s just me Image

that's the real BWITW, Roger.
I hear you loud and clear. It's had more wrist time than anything else in my collections since it arrived, probably more than all others combined!
You do have a pretty strong rotation… but, I see the EXPII a lot too ;-)

I mean, you gotta have your tool watch for digging ditches or replacing the alternator on your motorhome, right?
This is a strong competitor to the polar Exp II. With the jump hour hand, it is a great travel watch too.

Yes. First two years it was perfect (+1/2 spd). Over this last (3rd) year it started slipping, -5, -8, -10, etc. when it got to -18/20 spd I sent it in.

RSC only acknowledges they checked the movement. Paperwork says same. When I called and pressed, they said they replaced a barrel, crown wheel, and a couple other parts I can’t recall. This is consistent with the rumors it was related to the power reserve.

Nick, I actually don't remember which I used (mine's on bracelet now - I'll check when I go to swap the bracelet out), but it's nice they include high quality spring bars with each strap.

And yeah, they definitely go overboard with the packaging, which I guess they think is right for a "premium" product.

Quality spring bars and nice packaging are the least they can do for a $213 rubber strap.

The slowing 32xx problem is a thing. Other forums try to deny/gaslight it as it not being prevalent to protect values (IMO), but between myself, Hop, one other individual I personally know, and the myriad of other feedback online, it’s definitely a thing. I’ve been procrastinating sending mine in for many months.

Worth every penny to me. Nothing comes close and many OEM straps are much more.

Mine is a 2020. Still around -2 to -3spd. I’ll be watching like a hawk.

Mine is also a 2020. Send it in for warranty service before the five years regardless. If it’s more than -2 it’s technically “out of spec” and take the free service. I wouldn’t care in the slightest at that variation if it wasn’t a Rolex, but it is. There have been quiet changes to the movement, such as the number of screws in the rotor (that add weight) since they were originally released.
