Its a guy in Spain named Manuel I'll post link to his catalog..his communication sucks based on my experience but Carlos here bought the same one and loves it. Also mine took forever as the seller got sidetracked by an injury etc then strap held for 6 days in customs.. Yada yada. Cheap price though. \
