Thanks largely to this thread, I ordered a 007 today! I think I'm going to keep the mods very subtle... metal chapter ring, bead blasted, AR sapphire'd, regulated, & maybe relumed. Hopefully it'll keep my attention until my Seatime arrives in fall! :grin:

Hard to believe you can get that much watch for $175, delivered in TWO DAYS?!?!

Imho.... I love original Seiko hands. Your mod makes what you dig most and that is super cool.

Yeah.. that's what that 'maybe' part was about... :lol: ... If anything it would be for color, not brightness. We'll see when the watch gets here in a day or so.
