Autozilla Day/Date Change

Post by tjchad » Thu Apr 11, 2013 7:04 pm

I just got an Autozilla and the day/date keeps changing on the middle of the day. I even tried correcting it in the middle of the night and it still changes around noon. Any suggestions?

Try changing all of your other watches and clocks to match the zilla.

So does the date change every 12 hours? And if your setting it in the pm, are you running it past 12:00 noon to the appropriate hour?

I know on most autos with date you shouldn't set the date between 9:00 pm and 3:00 am. Don't know, if its changing at 12:00 pm then seems like if you advanced 12 more hours it would then change at 12:00 am.

Hope that made sense?

Seems too obvious.

I don't know if it is clear what they are saying. You need to physically turn your hands around the dial for 12 revolutions. Your watch has am/pm reversed. You can't just change the date as it will only click over when it thinks it is going from pm to am.

Kfalk, I'm trying that. Just waiting to see what happens. The manual says to pay attention to am/pm but no indication so I am trying what you suggested. I'm glad at least someone else had the same idea.
