Seiko 6139-7011 Military, Oct. 1970. This is the civilian version. These were issued to the JDF navy (JMSDF) and air (JASDF) forces; issued examples are exceedingly rare, and feature military insignia on the case back and JDF in Kanji Japanese.

DHL once again delivered early and on a Sunday. Two new scurfas and wearing this new MS23 with the ETA ETA F06.412, with HeavyDrive and PreciDrive. This is one of the few watches I wear on nato straps

We are the last guests at the campground before they close tomorrow. It’s only us and the campground host. Enjoying a fire by the moonlight and the cool air on a fall evening after hiking earlier today.
