The sponge scratch one reminds me of a lad I worked with many years ago...

He was asking myself and another work mate how he could get scratches out of his car's paintwork. Upon questioning why, he told us "some dust from a building site got on the car so I washed it off which left scratches"

All 3 of us went down and we're greeted with a car's paintwork that looked like you wouldn't believe! Me and the other guy looked at each other, then to him and both said "you used a scouring pad to get bird sh8t off the paintwork didn't you?" He couldn't believe we'd rumbled him straight away, which in itself was funny as it was so obvious.

You'd never seen anything like it, was a 'new' car to him and his Mrs, they lived on the coast and the seagulls had gone to town on their new pride n joy... Yep, he went over every one (hard) with a scouring pad!
