So I took the advice you guys gave me on
http://www.thedivewatchconnection.com/f ... =2&t=50004 and the links I got from David via Brad and I successfully added them. First time for me working on anything like this.
Some advice--Watch the videos before doing anything! Almost cost me my collars!! lol
I'll add the "leading up to the finished product" pics in the next post.
Thanks for the advice and the patience. Thanks Brad and David for the links!!

There was a point where I decided it was easier to detach the bracelet from the watch. When I was putting it back together, I knew the issue I'd had earlier with the spring bar, so I made a backstop on my desk to keep that sucker from flying across the room lol

Score!!! It was a success!

Congrats Steve! Those little collars on the outer links are a pain. If you ever do one with the collar in the center link you will think it's a piece of cake after doing these. Good choice on the OM. Just a fun quirky watch and is why I keep mine.

Thanks again David! I've had this since Brad and I worked together in 2010. Matter of fact, I think he even found it for me. It's never fit right until today! LOL

Good work! That's one of the trickier one's - until you need two screwdrivers.
It's good to always have a couple NATO's on hand in case you can't size the bracelet.

I've been lucky. Most pin collar bracelet I've bought have fit me. NATO for the others. And every airborne spring bar bounced back and was found.

LOL and Josh's pic of Andre the Giant is totally appropriate! You should have seen me and my huge hands working on that bracelet. Kinda like the theraflu commercial and the guy dialing the miniature phone haha

Nice work, bro! I wish you had told me when you got that watch that it didn't fit right. I can't believe you've been wearing with the dive extension out this whole time!
Ben, if you had ever been to Pikeville you would know that sometimes it's just better to do certain things yourself.

You give respect, you'll get respect - you just don't know your place.

I haven't been...here's the funny thing about that, I'm so new I didn't even know it had that extension until last month. It was at that point I started looking for DWC to learn.

I still use pushpins and paper clips for sizing.

Nine inches? The wrist shot makes the bracelet look like it's 18mm.
