I’ve owned many and didn’t have the issue but have had the same occur with other watches. It didn’t impact the watches in other ways though

Like I said, I've heard people saying yes and people saying no. Ideally I wanted to hear a few U1 owners say that theirs winds as they screw down the crown. Case closed then.

Some people say yes and some say no. I'm trying to find the definitive answer and my Internet search is coming up blank. Can any other U1 owners with a Sellita movement chip in?

Is it normal for the movement to handwind whilst screwing the crown back down into the case?
I have a brand new U1 with the SW200-1 movement.

I've just bought the U1. I wish it had the same SW300 movement the U50 has.
