I'm thinking about getting a PADI and have seen quite a few on eBay. One says the country of manufacture is Hong Kong. Did Seiko ever manufacture watches there? I was there for R&R in 1967 and you could buy a knockoff of just about anything - a Rolex Submariner for about $100! I have the SRP777 and ...
