I have to say I was a little taken back when I opened the box yesterday for this one. Not the watch's fault, but amazingly this is my first Sinn of any kind (never even seen one in person) and it's very different than what I usually wear. At first I thought it was a little too subdued and combined ...

Well just got a email from Vikki they are reimbursing me back the cost of me shipping the Sinn 103 back to them. So looks like there customer service is improving so my hats off to RGM on that.
