Welcome back

Baltic?
A very strong contender BUT way too shiny, even the bezel is high gloss, I want something I can beat up. A very beautiful watch though, I do however wish the hour hand looked more different than the minute.

Just a hello

Hello all I used to frequent this forum awhile ago, atleast 7 years I'd say. Around 2014 my obsessive mind switched from watches to cruise ships (take a guess how that's going these days :crybaby: ) although I still love the watches I own I stopped drooling and buying. Getting back into it slightly,...

I made a point to go to Wempe and see a few Tudors, looking good thse days. Cool pics :thumbsu...

Re: Sad News. Neil Armstrong has died

Its too bad we had to see him go, although theres no doubt he led a very full life. I liked how he was so cool and calm and always avoided the spotlight. Iv been addicted to the show 'Mayday' which profiles commercial air disasters and close calls. One of the main reasons why I like it is watching h...

Re: Which 7750...

If you can afford one I'd go for the IWC 3717. Best looking day date chronograph by far, the thing is outright sexy.
Also the Ball skylab looks nice too.

It seems fast and I like how I can organize my links, it's doing my watch surfing from now on . Video chat is cool too, iv been playing with it allo...

Re: IWC TOP GUN Dealers wall clock

Thats bad ass, I really like the wall clocks. Iv seen a few cool ones, thats one for sure.
I was given a Rolex one with a gold bezel, much like you see at golf or tennis games. Im planning on making a dark green background for it, havent gotten around to it yet.

Re: Tudor Black Snowflake

Probably not without a relume. Lucky for me, its actually hard to see all of this without severe magnification. In severe magnification even the modern Blancpain Fifty Fathoms Sport has dial flaws. Defiantly not worth a relume, just thought it might be possible. Im a big fan of the shine on the han...

Is it possible to get the hands polished? Not sure if it can be done but if so I think it would help the look of the dial.

I got in touch with my AD on Friday and told him to get atleast one, he should email me next week with price and info  . Thankfully they do lay-away, its easier on me to pay it off over the coming months. It really makes the whole thing possible. It should take that long anyways, he said the p...
