Seems too good to be true, but the economy sucks. Congrats!

Re: Sketchy Dudes Wear Breitling - We Don't Make The Rules
Not a Breitling, but had a person in a suit at Roseville CA galleria mall, while I was between health inspections at the food court comment on my Gen2 X33 by saying, "thank you for your service." I responded thanks but wasn't Airforce. Being the biggest mall near Beale AFB, albeit an hours drive, I ...

Re: New IWC Mark XX Patrouille Swisse Limited Edition
I remember when I owned both white and black dial Mk.18s and most everyone threw a fucking fit on the date aperture placement as it wasn't in house... Fast forward to this in house version and they put it in precisely the same damn spot! The response: Looks great! Take my $7k! For the rec...

Re: [6139-6002] Case Swap Pogue Deal Feedback
Someone may respond but you may have better luck asking this question at SCWF or Wrist Sushi. I have an original pogue I covet which I bought from its original owner from one of those sites, granted it was many years ago, and I just inquired with a forum regular if he would be willing to sell one of...

Is it uncharacteristic to wear such a dial with a fat gut and micro penis (due to fat gut?) Asking for a friend as he hasn't seen his pecker in years.

Re: 300M's for the MKII fans
Simple solution: mail the watches NOW and keep simple record of paid for addresses, then snail mail them which would be x10 more secure as less conspicuous as a box. But nope. Need to get the utmost "experience" upon opening that box seal. We've seen this movie with all those reject hands pics he so...

Re: 300M's for the MKII fans
I think first Project 300's were started in 2011..... he did 1/2 up front. Took maybe 8 years to deliver.... Remember the heartbreaking story of a person who pre-ordered one for him and his wife, unfortunately his wife passed away before it was completed. :banghead: I remember making a general indi...

Re: Any fisherman out there?
We toured the entire area of Operation Market Garden with the German Para's and had way much fun doing so. Needless to say, the women in Holland still like a AA and Screaming Eagle shoulder patch. I always thought it was funny when people said “AA” stood for “Athletic Alcoholics”. Plenty of those s...

Don't know if this is making national news or not, but there is a serious fish problem going on in the Keys right now that my wife is part of the effort to figure it out. https://myfwc.com/research/saltwater/health/spinningevent/?redirect=spinningevent https://www.saltwatersportsman.com/news/spinni...

Very cool! Any plans to do a charcoal soap? maybe somethjng with just a touch of pine tar? We just made a pine tar soap and oh my God, it’s my favorite scent in our whole line up! She added a little honey to it too, which results in great lather. The fragrance oil she used has woody, tobacco leaf, ...

A new station from George Sherwood which will utilize 75mm concave scientific lenses from amazon. I procured a nicely decorated (unworking salvage) Hamilton pocket watch movement, he surrounded it in fordite, and wrapped it all in ambrosia spalted maple, which will patina nicely: https://i.imgur.com...

Re: Anyone into spinning tops?
Regretfully opened this thread. Got a billetspin top. Pretty cool. Didn’t realize how low the center of gravity was. Hard to get a good spin. Half the time it ends up breakdancing. What kind of base do you have in your first post? Missed this. The large base is from Drphil Gandini (FB and Insta) an...

Re: Any fisherman out there?
I heard Pender is amazing. Where is the area you are staying now on the water? It looks beautiful. My place is on Bowen Island. It's a 20 min ferry (every hour) from West Vancouver. My house is on the west side of the Island, boat launch (rocks) is a minute away, so many places to fish! That sounds...

His personal best 2lber on top water (more of a floating jerk bait) called the OSP bent minnow. Caught 4 on it this morning in the lake i've never caught fish on using a top water method (having tried many times). Apparently this lure is quite the rage in Australia and Japan, and starting to get a c...

I am about 43 seconds, house to boat launch. I fish year’round, Coho, Chinook mostly. Spot prawns (you call them shrimp) are plentiful, as are Dungeness Crab. Here’s just a few pics… https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20240325/b77f3052a2cedff31ae437870ff4a916.jpg https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/2024...

Re: Any fisherman out there?
Took the kiddo out again today and he got into two 2# bass but they shook the hook upon jumping. Had to talk him down a bit, remind him he's brand new to lure fishing (outside of worm and bobber), the most important thing is he has the "feel" now, and that I am very proud of him. Saw him getting a b...

I like standing in freezing water in the middle of the night throwing custom wood lures at fish with the brain the size of a pea in hopes of this happening. https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20240320/859b558bc072eefa1982af2ff591d97a.png Summertime is fluke (summer flounder) time for me. https://uplo...
