Good morning
First morning in 8 days I don't feel like shite and my legs feel like carrying my weight. Not back to normal but don't feel dizzy 100% of the day or super weak. Lost 18 lbs the last two weeks, I guess that's positive Enjoying a coffee outside on the front porch, haven't been out in 8 days. It's nice!

I am continuing with the Alpina but on a rubber strap today. I have a few more straps to try on next. However, this watch is a winner for me and I'll be keeping it a while.

Nice Would love to add one of those to my issued bund collection one of these days. Were you lucky enough to get the cloth Velcro strap with that. It gives it that better military look

yeah, this watch came with an unused strap and the end pieces. i agree, having the complete kit makes for the whole experience.

i keep it on the bracelet exclusively though because it's so darned comfy.

Thanks! LOVED the two SubCs I had (date and no-date), and was wondering if the SDc would feel worth the extra funds, but it really does. It's like a SubC with a little extra shininess, as if AP took a SubC and just finished it off a little more before releasing it. If that makes sense, haha.

I had the pleasure of trying a sub-c and a SD-c the same day and I too preferred the SD-c. The added thickness, dial and date without loupe are all pluses with me. Congrats!

As for my morning, just finished a quick run with the SSC.

Nice! In my book, all the modern Rolexes are winners — Explorer, Explorer II, both SubCs, and this one. Only ones I haven't tried yet, that are "my style," are the GMT IICs. (I'm sure they're great, too, but I'm waiting, like everyone else, for a SS Pepsi.)
