DLC

Post by t20569cald » Mon Jul 06, 2015 9:48 pm

CD-1 DLC is currently being produced. German and Swiss companies go on summer holidays around this time, so these cases will be delayed due to that. Only making 10 in DLC for the time being. It has added cost to the cases doing this, and pricing to be announced soon. will be approx $230 AUD per case though, and this is the only cost I will add on.

I would love a DLC bezel with white markings for my CD-2 or even an option for your new model! IMO, it will look awesome!

Holly shit!!! That is only $175 to extra for a DLC case. I think most people charge around 500-800 for that!!!

Fill the bezel markers on the CD-1 with lume instead of paint ;)

It'll look killer fo sho. The CD-2 especially with the sterile bezel.

So for anyone wondering the complete price, if my figures are right it would be around $1480.00 US. Shit!!!!!! I don't have that kind of cash but my want is pretty high!!!!

Todd you must be selling this service at cost because this is stupid cheap.

I am for the first 10 done.
Its more a trial to see how it goes and the interest in such a watch to see if I do it in the future.
When they are done I will be taking a small ad in WatchTime and see

BTW - What dial's are you thinking of going with on the DLC watches? are these going to be new dials or existing versions?

I would do something like a LE version. Like a Rolex yachmaster second hand or color tip the second hands to match the wording on the dial. Heck you could even do a different version of the lollipop hand but a bigger lollipop like on a Tudor.

Either way I think it is going to rock and I need to find some cash!!!!

The same 3 I have now.
I do not plan to do a LE or any such thing, just offer a DLC version of the CD-1. Cases will be brushed as before
