Hoppy... I understand where you are coming from but honestly, this is something I would do when servicing a watch that has been worn for a while (change/upgrade seals etc.). Please don't interpret this as cutting corners. Just something I didn't see necessary for a watch of this particular pedigree.

I love the case size and shape, particularly the profile! I grabbed a Anthracite Gray Dial while I still could.

I have been lurking for almost 4 years and a member of several other watch forums. I most recently came here because someone posted the preorder notification!

Preordered a black dial. Can't wait to see it.
I'll probably put it on an engineer ii bracelet.

Hey guys, I got the invoice this evening, just wanted to clarify one thing, the invoice value is 285$ I thought it was supposed to be less, am I missing something, is this extra cash for shipping or what?

Todd just clarified that this was shipping cost; I'm in Canada:)

BTW I have to mention that Todd is a great guy, he responded to my email in 5 mins!
And this has always been the case.
Thank you Todd!

The shipping is $20 to the U.S. it seems.
So price of watch + 20$ - $25 deposit

BOOM. Paid in full. That felt good cuz that money was burning a hole in the shape of a Baltic Shield 12 hour marker in my PayPal account for the last month.

Lume on the dial looks fantastic Todd. Excited to see pics of the anthracite dial when it comes in.

Mine was $270.00 also, so I should have read this thread before I sent an email to Todd asking why, as didn't realize there was $20 shipping added. No worries and I'll be paying mine today also.

So, we're not gonna see it on "engineer ii" bracelet?

You would have at least thought he would have asked that question here. I'd like to see Todd "adjust" his invoice after that dumbass move.

If one of you gents would set the record straight over on WUS, I would appreciate it. You'd think that after allowing WUS members a discount they would have at least had the decency to email me if they had a question on shipping costs. I thought the Paypal invoice was pretty straight forward showing the shipping cost.

Thanks,
Todd
