WTB aftermarket tudor end links for Black Bay
WTB aftermarket tudor end links for Black Bay
Hello,
I just bought a tudor pelagos rubber strap for my black Bay but since I got mine on a leather strap I'm missing the endlinks to be able to fit it. I understand that various talented forum members have made aftermarket ones in the past but I can't seem to find them on the sales forum. Would any one please help me out and point me in the right direction ? Tks in advance, cheers

We don't engage in that forum of buggery on this forum. Try Watchuseek.

Go to TRF. They love that sort of stuff over there.

WUS forums? Already did. In regards to your replies, fair enough. Please disregard my post and moderators kindly erase post as accordingly.

I didn't even know they made those. Any pictures?

Apparently, this "form of buggery" - LOL I'm still laughin' at that- is frowned upon these forums. I'll come back with pics when I acquire them elsewhere

Tks so much for the link. But these endlinks seem to work for the leather strap to cover the gap rather than provide a suitable fit for the pelagos rubber. Cheersunixshrk wrote:http://www.ebay.com/itm/CUSTOM-STRAP-EN ... 1252671142

You mean like this? For sure! I just wanted to have an alternative look...

Tk you, again these endlinks don't seem like they will work on pelagos rubber, as the middle part ought to be shorterunixshrk wrote:OR

I'm guessing they'd have to be custom made.

No kidding eh? LOL, I laughed it off though. Plenty of helpful folks about still.ericf4 wrote:im not sure why people bagged on you for the question.....I own these for the blackbay but never really used them yet....see below/./.I was thinking of selling them but not sure yet
I'd love to try yours and actually buy them if available, it's just that I'd just need to have an idea how this longer center piece endlinks fit mounted on pelagos rubber...tk you kindly for your post as well
Re: WTB aftermarket tudor end links for Black Bay
Hey Brice, thanks for your input. That's what I'm fearing. I even asked Dan (Pierce) because I know that he had some made/bought some for his tudor chrono (also 22mm lug width)Jeep99dad wrote:I'm guessing they'd have to be custom made.
Hopefully I can get them made if not found available.
Take care

Re: WTB aftermarket tudor end links for Black Bay
Eric has apparently forgotten the recent debacle re: former forum members that deal in fake watches. Unless Tudor/Rolex specifically makes this part, I see no problem in a person designing and making these parts. Granted, Rolex might have a problem with it but that's their fight. Seems like folks took it upon themselves to address an issue the manufacturer did not.
To that end, I have not seen such end links but looks like Eric has a set and I would presume they are "out there." Good luck in your search.

Apparently so. I will come back with results and pictures on how I eventually fare. I have not "forgotten" about anything..I guess I don't see how this has anything to do with that really...no different than guys making aftermarket straps for watches....so no reason to blow my skirt up over it....doesn't really matter....yes there are folks out there making these, cant recall the guys name but you can look it up on TRF site for sure. That's where I saw it too.BSears wrote:Eric has apparently forgotten the recent debacle re: former forum members that deal in fake watches. Tks Eric, don't mean to initiate/cause a debate here. Please excuse my original enquiry. I have posted in TRF already and like I said PM'd Dan Pierce there too. I'll see what I can come up with.
