Avenger II Seawolf New Addition... with OR Strap

Post by DEMO » Tue Nov 11, 2014 12:55 pm

This one came in recently. The Breitling Avenger II Seawolf. I've never gone for Breitlings before, I was never a big fan of numbers on the dials. But this new Seawolf checks all of the boxes for me. There are so many perfect details in this one that work for me.

The size of case to dial diameter is perfect with the dial also being set pretty deeply in the case. Double AR coating is very nice and frequently makes the crystal disappear. It also has just the right amount of polished & brushed surfaces. Usually Breitlings are to blingy for me with all of the polish. The sweeping second hand has nice detailing with the red tip and unique "arrow" shape. The lugs curl downward for a nice transition onto the wrist and the lug holes are close to the case for a nice strap fit without gap. Overall quality is outstanding as well.

I picked this one up preowed off of a reputable WUS member. It is in excellent condition. I currently have it on a pseudo Ocean Racer strap. I'm currently looking for a Breitling Ocean Racer strap with ratcheting deployant clasp.

Here's a couple of low quality cell phone picks of the new arrival. This will be the only time you see cell phone pics from me. I'll shoot some real photos in the upcoming days.

Cheers.

I hate that your low quality cell phone pics are better than anything I have ever taken. Awesome watch.

That looks great. I had a yellow one and liked it, but the blue one is very cool.

Had this one and loved it. Just got rid of all my big watches at once and it got cut.

Congrats - enjoy it!
