Metta leather and Ennebi roller buckle
OK,
since the LE never came off and some interest has been shown in the strap and buckle, I decided to sell them off for my cost to you guys, if you want one.
I put this in the main forum as well, as many new members would otherwise not see these straps.
I will not break the cost down here publicly, as the buckles are from Ennebi and the straps from Robert Ross. The later, I assume is sick or passed, as I have not been able to contact him for a long time. For those who are unfamiliar with Metta leather, click here
To put these straps in perspective, Hodinkee had straps made by G J Cleverley recently, more for dress watches, at $495 US each, and they sold out.
I am offering these as a combo, because they were made to suit the larger pin on this Ennebi buckle. My cost, with added $25 AUD factored in for registered shipping to the USA,
Is $336 AUD which currently according to Google, is $312 US only. When they are gone, they are gone, and I am unaware of any other Metta left.
I will show these pictures for now, but take a couple later on to show it better.
Brown only left, as the Black was much more costly, and I had only 2.
Size between lugs is 24, and they do not taper to the 24mm buckle.
Mostly 125x80 for size, but I do have some 135x85
The should be a couple of 120x75 in there somewhere too.
These straps are not the ones on my website, but can be bought for the time being via PM and PP

Buckle Question
Hey Todd.
So I purchased a metta leather strap from you, and I'm now looking for a buckle for it. Here is an option I found:
http://www.rolko.pro/en/buckles-eng/bronze-buckles-en
Do you know whether either of the first 2 buckles will fit this strap?
Any other suggestions for a bronze buckle?
Thanks Todd.

Those Rolko buckles are enormous. Why not track down a bronze Ennebi buckle?

That is some good looking leather right there. I just don't think I have anything with 24mm lugs.

I'm not a strap whore like some here, but I've got the brown Metta on my CD-2 and it is a superb strap.

135x85 would fit you, but they are unfortunately gone. All that is left is the 125x80, and your right, that will not fit you.Jamie wrote:Todd shame I think they will be too small for me.

The straps were made for the buckle, as the pin is thicker than normal, so need to go with them. But I will keep you in mind.
