Come on, Kobold sold candy for less fortunate classmates while in high school - that sounds like something a fifth grade girl would do.

This is about the school demonstrating the ability to nurture entrepreneurship.

Pure marketing.

This is the big buzz now.

I even have one like this from my school.
Stan, don’t you know the first law of physics? Anything that’s fun costs at least eight dollars”
-- Eric Cartman

“To absent friends, lost loves, old gods, and the season of mists; and may each and every one of us always give the devil his due.”
― Neil Gaiman, The Sandman

I bought a cheap watch from a crazy man
Floating down canal
It doesn't use numbers or moving hands
It always just says now
Now you may be thinking that I was had
But this watch is never wrong
And If I have trouble the warranty said
Breathe In, Breathe Out, Move On

- Jimmy Buffett

Not a bad article and I like some Kobold models, although having owned a couple recently I found their form/fit to be a bit lacking for the prices they charge. I'm not sure why some people hate MK, though

Edit: does anyone feel good about having Sherpas trained as watchmakers building your 5k watch?

The people he has working in Pittsburgh are mostly incompetent, so I don't trust them to have trained Sherpas to build expensive watches.

I'm reserving judgement until tomorrow night.

My package was shipped incorrectly.

Perhaps the Sherpa delivery service made a wrong turn in Timbuktu or something.
