Paul, another sweet snag, congrats! Love the Bond chrono - those hands have never bothered me. Love the black dial and updates on the dial. So what did Bo get in the trade?

I think paul kinda hinted at that being a convoluted trade set up Never thought you'd get rid of that bond chrono but at least it's still in the family.theoilrigger wrote:VERY long story Sears...BSears wrote:Paul, another sweet snag, congrats! Re: Just in - BOND CHRONO
yeah, I've been following that stuff also. Kind of sad, really. I'd like to know how many watches he really has.. I thought it was kind of red to sell watches that were given to you by the company owners like Ian Kremke, etc.
I PROMISE that if one of those guys gives me a watch, I will not sell it!

Just an excuse to post pictures of a watch I've been wanting for awhile. Mildly relevant in this thread, but whatever
If only it didn't have that darn problematic 3301 movement that's scaring me away from pulling (no, not the trigger) out my credit card. I actually had a chance to pick this one up in a trade for the Sinn 757, but ended up passing because I'm still frightened by the movement a bit. I love the aesthetics of this one to death though.

I adore that one too, Matt. It was in the case, on rubber, next to my Ploprof and I had a hard time making a decision between the two actually.matt.wu wrote:Just an excuse to post pictures of a watch I've been wanting for awhile. Mildly relevant in this thread, but whatever

You, my friend, need to learn to read. Time to move past just looking at the pictures.polaco23 wrote:very nice score! Im loving the deep black dial

Just kiddin' with you. I don't own it yet. But had a trade in the works for the 757 UTC. Still actually considering it, but might opt for my first Anonimo instead.

I've always liked the look of that Seamaster chrono. I've heard some rumblings about problems with the movement, as well. Have those issues been worked out or is that an ongoing problem?

Re: Just in - BOND CHRONO
Ryan (Spogehead) has had that watch for several years. If there was a problem, I think it would have reared it's head by now.
Re: Just in - BOND CHRONO
I've always loved that version of the Seamaster Chrono. Came really close to buying it one time, but not close enough. Maybe one day
