Doxa Titanium with Tritium?

Post by CarloDWC » Thu Sep 24, 2020 8:55 am

I did not know it even existed and with a Titanium case... not my thing to tell the truth but I know that there are several Doxa fans here so I thought to post it in case anyone is interested.

Yep, titanium case and tritium tubes. Never much liked this version.

Actually had no idea about these either Carlo, and Steve !! Can't even recall
an article, or post on these before. :o You would almost think at first glance
that it was some kind of mod possibly right?! :) At first glance, or maybe from
a distance, you don't notice the difference. But then after a second, or two
you really see the difference. As long as they keep, or have the older version
in their line-up, think this is a neat option.

Very cool Carlo ! ..Holy cow, always am learning, and finding out new things.
Thanks so so much sir !!! :salute:

Yup, was released quite a few years ago if memory serves. Doxa Mike has owned his fair share, I believe.

I've never been a big fan of tritium tubes, so there are other Doxa models that I prefer.

To me, the mission 31 version of that watch with regular lume on the dial would be preferable. Haven't seen one come up in a long time though.

I dig the 800ti. £1,900 is way too much.
