Re: Sinn U2 W Limited Edition
Have to say I prefer the regular U2 Black.
I think the dial of the U2 W looks a bit empty without the GMT scale. And I'm not sure I see the point of the W's stealthy black case and a dial you can see from space

Re: Sinn U2 W Limited Edition
I had a U2 Black and sold it. After a while the dial appears a busy to me.

Re: Sinn U2 W Limited Edition
I should have bought one when I was in Germany. I may do it next time.
Re: Sinn U2 W Limited Edition
Love the look but tried a Domasko with this color scheme and never wore it.

Re: Sinn U2 W Limited Edition
This was not worth all the build up. A guessing game for what is essentially a different colorway of a watch that’s been around for years?
Sinn U2 W Limited Edition
They wanted to do something since there is still quite a bit of excitement about the U50. If they just dropped it on the site it may not have gotten much attention.matt.wu wrote:This was not worth all the build up. I think they should have done this with the U50 and just made this one a standard “here’s another color” release.CGSshorty wrote:They wanted to do something since there is still quite a bit of excitement about the U50. Re: Sinn U2 W Limited Edition
Once the initial buildup of U50 demand is done, it will be interesting to see how U1/U2 sales numbers are impacted..... especially given that the U1 has been on the market for what, 15 years?CGSshorty wrote: ↑Wed Jul 08, 2020 9:45 pmThey wanted to do something since there is still quite a bit of excitement about the U50. My guess is that now that they have the U50 case, they will create many variants much like they did with the original U1.

That's because it is a dud. This was a poor design execution from a brand that generally does design/LEs well.CGSshorty wrote: ↑Wed Jul 08, 2020 9:45 pmThey wanted to do something since there is still quite a bit of excitement about the U50. I wouldn't call it a dud,it's just different,I had a White U1 which took me a lif time to resell.streetracer101 wrote: ↑Thu Jul 09, 2020 8:01 pmThat's because it is a dud. Re: Sinn U2 W Limited Edition
My Meisterbund III (The one with the green nylon strap) is a U2.
This is my current Sinn collection minus the Dark Star. This U2W will replace the Dark Star in this picture.
It's a beautiful world! Gerald.

This isn’t the first U2 without GMT.

I have nothing against white dialed watches, but man is that thing white. Like Herb Tarlek belt white.
Re: Sinn U2 W Limited Edition
The next one they should make is SDR bezel time only black dial
