Anyone Ever Buy from Total Watch Repair?

I need a couple of Seiko Sumo links, pins, and collars, which I cannot find anywhere. Seiko USA has suspended parts shipments temporarily due to Coronavirus. I found a complete bracelet here at a reasonable price, but was curious if anyone has dealt with them in the past. Thanks for any help.

Have used them once in the past, per my email once in 2013 but the PayPal receipt doesn’t state what I purchased
